What Is Therapy?

It’s a simple question on the surface, but it can be tough to answer!

Ultimately, therapy can be whatever you need it to be. Whether you’ve never had the chance to process your feelings or you’ve got the insight but can’t quite seem to make changes, therapy should feel like a place where you can pause the day-to-day grind and focus purely on yourself.
