Diana Villalon, AMFT
My name is Diana, and I am a registered Marriage and Family Therapist (#142158) working under the clinical supervision of a licensed therapist.
I graduated from Santa Clara University with a master’s degree in counseling psychology, emphasis in Latinx and Health. I have been working with children, teens, adults, and families going through trauma, immigration, anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief, and self-esteem difficulties. I have worked in school and community settings which has nourished my interest in working with children, teens, and families going through different transitions in life.
I am a bilingual therapist that uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solutions Focused Therapy approaches. I am able to help you create a more positive outlook in your current and future life transitions, as well as guiding you on setting goals and working together to achieve them. I believe that with a positive outlook and guidance/support we can all create positive changes for our present and future selves.
