Stress Management Group for Teens

In-Person: Mondays and Wednesdays – $75/session
Virtual: Tuesdays and Thursdays – $65/session via Zoom

Mindful-Practices for Stress Management:

  • Aimed to help teenagers develop skills to reduce physical and emotional stress levels
  • Increase understanding of anxiety and depression
  • How to manage stressors and interpersonal conflict with family and friends
  • How to connect and socialize with peers and maintain healthy relationships
  • Identify coping skills to increase health and well-being

Program includes:

  • Group discussion on stress related to school, social media and peers
  • Participants will process stressors and practice coping skills
  • Enhance connection and socialization
  • Space is limited*

Being a teenager can be stressful, but you can lean on others for help!

Mr. Malik will conduct an initial screening in order to assign your teen to the appropriate middle school (ages 11-13) and/or high school (ages 14-18) group. Topics will be customized based on age range.
